With two decades of experience in software engineering across multiple industries, Malek focuses on driving the software development lifecycle, optimising team performance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective products on schedule.

Malek values collaboration and clear communication, working closely with peers in Architecture, Product Development, Quality Assurance, Delivery, and Infrastructure. In his role, he helps shape TerraQuest’s strategic roadmap for technology, data, and AI, ensuring engineering practices adhere to the highest industry standards and best practices. He also establishes guidelines and policies that support the company’s strategic vision and empower teams to succeed.

By working closely with Scrum teams, Lead Engineers, and Solution and Data Architects, Malek ensures that software solutions are innovative and built with reusability, security, reliability, and robustness at their core. His contributions have been instrumental in the development and evolution of TerraQuest's Key Chain Products, Services, and Data.
