Kiran holds a RICS-accredited degree in Property Development and Planning and began their career as a Planner in private practice. In this role, they prepared and submitted planning applications, produced and labelled technical drawings, and managed projects from submission through to decision, gaining a strong foundation in the planning process.

Now a Planning Consultant at TerraQuest, Kiran supports both residential and commercial clients in navigating the complexities of planning permission. They advise on the most suitable applications, prepare robust supporting documents, and analyse local and national policy to assess project feasibility.
