COVID-19 Business Continuity Statement

We are mindful that your organisation engages with us on our services and solutions. We want to offer every assurance that we are taking appropriate measures to ensure that we remain open for business to provide the necessary continuity while protecting the health and well being of our employees and the community while safeguarding our client commitments.

As the spread of COVID-19 increases, we want to provide transparency and share with you the measures we are taking for business operations to continue.

This is being reviewed in line with Government guidance and advice daily.

Business Continuity Plan

TerraQuest Solutions Limited has a COVID-19 Business Continuity Plan to ensure we can maintain operations, service and support functions. This plan is being executed to support on-going Government guidance. Our response team, made up of board members and key department heads, is currently meeting daily, and we are working hard to ensure you receive the level of service you are accustomed to whilst adhering to any governmental emergency measures.

Our Operations

We have 4 locations across the UK and our ICT infrastructure enables us to remain in touch with our customers and distribute work across these locations. In line with Government guidance, we are supporting home working for all, however our main office in Birmingham will remain open with essential staff to undertake those tasks that can only be completed from an office location.

Our workforce can work remotely so work will continue as before on all services and projects but it is recommended that you contact the relevant project representatives at TerraQuest to advise of any change in requirements to your project. We remain open for business and welcome your on-going support with this regard.

Virus control

Your safety and the safety of our staff is paramount. In line with Government guidelines, across our organisation, we are encouraging colleagues to minimise unnecessary travel and to conduct meetings remotely where possible.

In addition, we are reinforcing the absolute need to observe recommended hygiene and close contact practises including at client site locations and enforce self-isolation where necessary.

Next steps

We will continue to review all the above in line with government advice and remain committed to supporting you and the safety of our staff and local Community.
